What is AI integration?
Integrating AI means connecting a model like Claude or ChatGPT to your data and software via an API, so that it performs a specific task directly within your tools.
The difference with a simple assistant subscription: the AI works with your information, within your customer journey, using rules you define. Your customer gets an answer on your website, your team finds a procedure with a single question, and your store creates its product pages.

How much does it cost to integrate AI into a company?
The price depends on the task, the data, and the tools to be connected. As a guideline, targeted integration costs thousands of euros, and a business assistant tens of thousands (Tensoria guide, September 2026). You will receive a free, detailed quote within 24 hours.
Where to begin with AI in an SME?
Start with a repetitive, frequent, and measurable task: answering the same questions, sorting emails, creating product sheets. A prototype using your real data will quickly show if the benefit is real.
Claude or ChatGPT: which one to choose?
The choice depends on the task, its cost, and your constraints. I use Claude every day and also integrate ChatGPT or other models. I compare them on your data before deciding.
Can an AI chatbot be added to an existing WordPress site?
Yes. The AI connects via its API using a custom plugin. You don't need to rebuild your website, and the API key remains yours.
Is my data being used to train AI?
By default, Anthropic and OpenAI state that they do not use the data sent by their APIs to train their models. I check the conditions in effect at startup and limit the data sent to the bare minimum.
Does a chatbot have to say that it is an AI?
Yes. Article 50 of the European AI Act requires that the user be aware that they are interacting with an AI, and it has been in effect since August 2, 2026. I plan to include this information in the interface.
What is the difference between automation and AI?
Automation follows fixed rules. AI handles what is unpredictable, such as a freely written message or a document. The two often combine.
