Developed using WordPress with the’Auction Pro and WooCommerce extension, It allows for efficient management of product listings, auction tracking, and secure transactions. Thanks to Divi, the design has been crafted to combine clarity, ergonomics, and an optimized user experience, facilitating navigation and quick access to essential information.

1️⃣ Online Auction System

The platform is based on the extension Auction Pro coupled with WooCommerce, enabling professional auction management:

  • Products put online with customizable photos, description, starting price and auction duration. 

  • Real-time auctions, with instant updates of offers and display of the highest bidder. 

  • Buy it now option for products that allow it, offering a quick alternative to traditional auctions. 

  • Automatic notifications by email to notify participants when they are outbid or when an auction is coming to an end. 

  • Secure payment via WooCommerce as soon as the auction ends, to simplify the completion of the transaction.

To support visitors and maximize conversions, a conversational artificial intelligence has been integrated directly into the site:

  • Instant responses 24/7 to frequently asked questions (auction procedure, payment, delivery, etc.).

  • Interactive guidance to help new users understand how auctions work.

  • Conversion support, by encouraging visitors to register, bid, or use the immediate purchase option.

Products can be listed online with a starting price, a set duration, and customizable bid tiers.
