MHZ Consulting (mhz-consulting.com) is an international recruitment agency specializing in the Microsoft ecosystem. It connects companies that are recruiting with independent Microsoft experts and freelancers.
Its added value lies in the connection: the site was therefore intended to facilitate exchanges while leaving the firm at the center of the process.
The need: to connect recruiters and freelancers, without losing control
- Publish job offers with an application form per advertisement;
- allow the freelancers to publish their profile, without exposing their contact details;
- filter profiles and offers by technology and area of expertise ;
- simplify registration and remain compliant with GDPR.
What we have achieved
We implemented a complete redesign using WordPress with WPJB (WP Job Board), which manages job postings and applications seamlessly. On the recruiter side, each job posting has its own application form; filters and tags are linked to technologies and areas of expertise. The recruitment agency receives and processes all requests for introductions.
For freelancers, each independent expert can make their profile available to recruiters. Contact details are hidden: the connection is made through the agency.
WPJB natively filters and weights results, but its visual customization is limited: extensive CSS work was required. Forms, including file and CV submissions, are built with Gravity Forms, and emails are automated. Registration is possible via LinkedIn (SSO) and grants access to a private client area. A typical project of custom website creation with a high proportion of’automation.
