The site bcome-you.fr offers remote sports coaching. The service is based on individualized sports and nutrition programs, accessible only to members who have subscribed.
The coach wanted to offer genuine online personalized support, without processing each registration manually: the site therefore had to collect information from each member and direct them to the right content.
The need: subscription, profiling and individualized programs
- Selling a individual monthly subscription, paid via Stripe or PayPal;
- collect, immediately after payment, the characteristics of each member (morphology, typology);
- give access to program matching the profile in a segmented training space;
- secure the private space and automate reminder and alert emails.
What we have achieved
We developed the site using WordPress with Divi, entrusting restricted access to the Restrict plugin. After payment, the user fills out a weighted step-by-step form, built with Gravity Forms, which describes its profile.
Based on the results, the administrator assigns a profile type to the member, who then accesses the corresponding program. The form's weighting and the segmentation of the training area allow for content tailored to each user.
Each member has their own client area with automatic logout. Mailing management, reminders, and alerts complete the system. This type of approach is central to our projects. custom website creation and of’no-code automation.
