This case study presents the creation of a website with a simulator for energy renovation work For Yollo Solutions: an online calculation tool linked to a customer area where each prospect receives their personalized quote.

The client and their context: an energy renovation specialist
Yollo Solutions (yollo-solutions.fr) offers home energy efficiency improvement services. To develop its business, the company wanted a website that showcased its services and, above all, converted visitors into quote requests.
In this sector, internet users are often hesitant to leave their phone number for fear of being contacted. The process was therefore designed to remove this obstacle.
The need: to generate qualified quote requests
- A display area presenting energy improvement services;
- A simulator energy savings related to the work;
- a quote request without sensitive coordinates;
- A customer area to receive quotes, invoices and documents.
What we have achieved
We developed a custom website using Divi, with a modern and elegant design. At the heart of the project is an online calculation tool, built with Gravity Forms, which estimates the energy savings achievable through renovation work. The steps are weighted to generate a personalized quote request.
At the end of the simulation, the user creates an account without providing sensitive data such as their phone number. The account and private access are created automatically. A personalized quote is then generated within 48 hours and uploaded to their online space, managed with SP Document Manager; they receive an email notification when it is available online.
The client remains free to proceed with the service. They retain their account for the future, with their invoices and all relevant documents. This type of process falls under both the custom website creation and of the’no-code automation.

Result
The website is now live at yollo-solutions.fr. The entire process is operational: simulation, account creation, quote submission, and notification. By excluding sensitive contact information, the form minimizes barriers to commitment. Each client's documents are centralized, preventing data loss.
💡 Why not ask for the phone?
In energy-efficient renovations, the phone number is often the field that leads to form abandonment. Since the quote is sent to the customer's online account, it is not required to process the request.
