The services are provided at two different locations, and depending on the service, the durations and time slots vary. Therefore, we have implemented a weighting system based on the results and choices.
The system is linked to Google Calendar for off-site bookings and reciprocal synchronization. The user receives an email with details of their booking.
Setting up a reminder system a few hours before or via SMS is also possible.
To avoid no-shows, it is even possible to set up a bank or payment authorization, which can be debited if the customer does not show up for their appointment.
