Data collected

When you contact me via the form, I collect your name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), the type of project, your profile, the location of your clients, and your message. The site's instant messaging system collects the messages you write there. The site also collects browsing data, depending on your cookie preferences.

Purposes and legal basis

• Responding to your request and providing a quote: pre-contractual measures, or legitimate interest for a simple question.
• Execute and monitor a service: contract.
• Measuring audience and advertising campaigns: your consent.

Shelf life

Data from a request is kept for 3 years after the last contact. Customer data is kept for the duration of the contract, then for the applicable legal retention periods, including 10 years for accounting documents.

Your data is not sold. It is processed by me and by technical service providers, each for their respective service:

• Google: advertising and conversion measurement.
• Hotjar: analysis of page usage.

• Stripe: payment for plans purchased online.
